LovingDeal is a marketplace allows people to buy and sell daily deal vouchers.

There have to be certain number of people commits to buy a product with knock down price in certain period in order to have the deal.

LovingDeal is a secondary market for daily deals.

Does LovingDeal screen, or inspect its sellers or deals?
Yes. We verify seller details with their PayPal account and we inspect all the vouchers before making available on our website.

Can I see my transactions?
Yes. You can sign in to your account and see your purchased and sold. We will send you confirmation emails for all the transactions.

Can I change my account details?
Yes. You can sign in to your account and change your details.

How do I buy deal on LovingDeal?
You can search the deals by selecting the deal category and city. Once you found what you are looking for, add them to shopping basket, checkout for payment, download the voucher and enjoy it!

Can I buy a deal as a gift?
Mostly yes. But please check the fine prints as some of the deals are restricted with this.

How much does it cost for me to buy on LovingDeal?
You just need to pay for the deal with the price listed on our site. We are not charging buyers for buying deals

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by your credit or debit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay through your PayPal account as well.

Is it safe to buy on LovingDeal?
Our Buyer Protection gives buyers peace of mind on the deals they bought. We will refund any invalid deals within 30 days of purchased.

When and how do I get my deal voucher?
When you bought a deal from us, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to the voucher download page. Alternatively, you can sign into your account and download the voucher.

How do I know whether the vouchers on LovingDeal are genuine and haven’t been used?
We inspect all the vouchers before making them available on our site. If you discover the voucher you bought is invalid or been used, we will refund you the full amount you have paid. So you can shop with confidence with us.

What is the LovingDeal Buyer Protection Guarantee?
We are happy to refund the money you have paid for the invalid deals you purchase with us within 30 days of purchased and before the voucher expired.

I don’t see my name on the voucher I bought. Can I still use it?
Yes unless it is stated on the fine print. Most of the deals are not restricted by the buyer name, so you can use the voucher without your name on it, as long as you bring along the printed voucher to the shop.

Selling

How do I sell deal on LovingDeal?
Fill in deal details on Post a Deal page, add the selling price, upload your voucher and click ‘Create deal’, as simple as that! You will get paid as soon as you deal is sold. In order for you to get paid, we require all the sellers to have a verified PayPal account and provide us their PayPal name and email.

How much does it cost to sell on LovingDeal?
It is free to post deals to sell on our site. We charge a small fee when the deal is sold to cover the transaction cost. We have optional feature that allow sellers to post their deals as Featured Deal. All the Feature Deal will be appear prominently on the home page. We are charging as little as £1 for this feature. We highly recommended this feature as it would attract more buyers.

As a seller, how and when will I get paid?
We will deposit you the money to your Paypal account as soon as you deal is sold.

How do I set the price for my deal?
It is entirely up to you. But we suggest that don’t set the price higher than the original price. Remember, the higher the discounts, the easier your deal will be sold.

I have more than one voucher for the same deal. What do I do?
You can upload more than one voucher on the Post New Deal page. Just click Add another voucher.

When does my deal listing expire?
We will send you email to prompt you when your deal is expiring. In order to make a sale, we suggest you to reduce your selling price or else you might be losing the cost of the deal completely.

How do I view, edit or remove my deal?
You can view, edit or remove your deal by signing into your account.

Can I change the price I charge over time?
Yes. You can change the price of your deal anytime, as long as it is not been sold yet.

Can I remove a specific voucher from a deal without removing the entire deal or other vouchers I’m selling?
Yes. You just select the voucher you want to remove and remove.
